Not too pleased with my time today, but then again, burpees are not my strongest area. Just happy to get through that workout and move on. I can already feel my abs getting sore!

Keep it up, B..you are doing great with the diet- (except for the daily 7 Ultras lol) AND: nice work this am on the presses, you are getting STRONG! And, tight Paleo eating will only get you stronger... ;)
