WOD: The Chief

AMRAP 5 Rounds @3 minutes per round:

3 Power cleans @ 95lbs
6 Push ups
9 Air squats

Got 15 in this morning, consistent with 3 per round. I am really looking forward to hitting it hard again after my busy season is over in 2 weeks. I am tired of working on the weekends, but at least I won't have to do that again until October and then it will just be a couple of weekends, not 12 in a row! Also going to figure out the diet again, I may go back to paleo or possibly try the zone again...haven't decided yet. Maybe a combination of the two?

Good start to the week, felt pretty good with the lifts. I'm hoping to get things back on track this week with the 6 AM workouts.....it is definitely nice just getting the WODs done first thing despite how much it sucks dragging out of bed in the mornings.

I was pretty happy with the weight I got up to today, another 40 lbs. and I'll be doing my body weight! It's all good, I'll get there eventually....hopefully sometime this year.
