Should be perfect for the cold weekend coming up!
2 lbs. lean ground beef, browned and drained
2 14 1/2 ounce cans of diced tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
Put all ingredients in the slow cooker, stir. Cook on low for 10-12 hours, or high for 5-6 hours.

thanks for posting this bro, also I've done similar dishes with slightlly higher protein content and a mix of lean beef, pork and veal is awesome! ~ J
