Amrap 20 minutes
400M run
10 KBS (Add 10 KBS each round)

4 Rounds (about 3 seconds shy of getting that last run in....aargh)

8 - 3 Paleo scrambled eggs, fruit smoothie
8:30 - Coffee with half and half
12 - Salmon, 2 tangerines
1 - Apple
4 - Almonds, tangerine
6:30 - Scallops with mushrooms, tomatoes, onions

  2. nice job, B- both in class and with the food...eggs are our friends! No worries on the fat. I am so impressed with your commitment to Paleo right off the bat- most of us went the other way, Zone first, then Paleo...you and Mariel both are doing great!
