4 Rounds (about 3 seconds shy of getting that last run in....aargh)
8 - 3 Paleo scrambled eggs, fruit smoothie
8:30 - Coffee with half and half
12 - Salmon, 2 tangerines
1 - Apple
4 - Almonds, tangerine
6:30 - Scallops with mushrooms, tomatoes, onions

you are doing so good with your food keep it up! if you like scallops you should try Costco they have really good frozen ones my boys love em
ReplyDeletenice job, B- both in class and with the food...eggs are our friends! No worries on the fat. I am so impressed with your commitment to Paleo right off the bat- most of us went the other way, Zone first, then Paleo...you and Mariel both are doing great!
