Crossfit WOD:

Every minute for 30 minutes:
1 snatch @105lbs
10 pushups
10 situps

Completed 20 rounds, and got crushed by this wod in the process.

Black coffee
3 eggs
Paleo kit
Bowl of paleo chili
Coffee
Paleo kit (last one but new paleo kits arrive tomorrow)
Grapefruit
Salmon

  1. If the WOD was just 10 pushups per minute I don't think I'd get in 20 rounds. Good job!
