Friday 2/25

Coffee
Chicken stew
Lara bar
3 burgers with cheese and A1 sauce
Paleokit
Crab cake
Spicy chicken soup
Chicken parm (unbreaded)
Two scoops of ice cream with caramel (big cheat)
Capaccino

I know I had some cheats today, but it was a stressful week and I kept the nutrition pretty clean so I felt like I could have a few cheats today :)
