Looking good. Without knowing your quantities (which is OK!:)), it's hard to tell how much you're eating- to look at it, it looks a bit on the lean side re: fat & protein to support your level of work- BUT: that's just from my view looking in. Most importantly, if you feel good, can get through your more demanding metabolic WODs OK, recovery is good, and are getting good sleep, I say you're in your sweet spot! Rock on B :)
