Rest day

Black coffee
The works omelette (bacon, ham, sausage, onion, mushroom, cheese, tomatoes)
Small cup of mixed fruit
Chicken breast with cheese, mushroom, and bacon
Black coffee
Paleo kit (grassfed beef jerky, macadamia nuts, small amounts of fruit)
Bowl of green beans with olive oil and lemon juice
Two burgers with green peppers, onions, and mushrooms

  1. Ok im confused. I thought we were not aloud beans? also, bacon an sausage, is a cheat! IM CONFUSED, WHERE IS THE COMMISSIONER!

  2. Bacon, sausage, and cheese is definitely a cheat. I'll allow the green beans since they are in the Paleo gray-area (low lectin load and you can eat them raw, but still legumes). Also, we have a huge bag of green beans from Costco in our freezer and don't have any room for broccoli until that's gone. I'm not completely impsrtial...
