  1. Dude!!! Im doing an "IF" today!!! Last I ate was 8:15pm and i am not eating until 12pm if i can make it to 1pm i will... that will be 16 hrs...i need it, I gained 1.6 after the park day. Which i thought was weird, bc i ate Paleo all day! (well i didnt eat for 7 hrs) BUT still! Oh well, hopefully the IF will kinda jump start me into the weight loss again!
