2/3 Wednesday

Coffee with half & half (I have been calling it creamer by mistake)
3 eggs
mixed berries
walnuts
paleo chili
banana
zone bar (i know it is a cheat, but i was playing golf and I needed to eat something and found it in my golf bag)
soup (egg, lemon, chicken)
paleo chili
a few scoops of almond butter
