2/2 - Day Two

Today I did a WOD from last week, 15 minute row:

3,367 meters rowed

coffee with a little bit of creamer (reducing amount each day)
3 eggs, scrambled
blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
soup (egg, lemon, chicken)
more berries
walnuts
paleo chili

  1. Excellent on the creamer weaning. Per J you need MORE protein and LESS fruit B!

  2. More protein? Ok, that's not a problem. I did have protein for all three meals, and I had a huge serving of chili made with grassfed beef. Should I substitute meat for one of my fruit snacks?
