2/21 Sunday

I'm starting to see some physical changes from the paleo challenge. My jeans are getting loose, and I've had to go down two holes on my belt. I got on the scale today and I'm down 9 lbs. from three weeks ago. I still feel kind of crappy sometimes in the afternoons (weakness, headaches), but I think my body is getting used to not having sweet things everyday. The lbs. are coming off fast working out with Rafael up in Tampa, he is kicking my ass with his workouts he comes up with. Some of the stuff he comes up with is pretty nuts, but I can't complain because I'm getting stronger and seeing excellent results.

chicken breast with bbq sauce
broccoli, carrots, squash, & snap peas
2 gf burgers
lara bar
