  1. It is an all natural snack made of fruit and nuts. You can get them at Fresh Market, Whole Foods, and Publix has a few different flavors as well. The Whole Foods here in Tampa has about 30 different kinds of Lara bars which is pretty awesome. I recommend the cherry pie flavor, it's my favorite.
