Wednesday 10/20

This WOD was seriously messed up. I felt like I joined the military and was in boot camp.

4 Rounds with a partner:

30 box jumps - Jog in place (jog while partner is doing box jumps, then switch)
30 pushups - Jump rope (same as above)
30 air squats - Row (same)
30 situps - Jumping jacks (same)

Time of 42:10

Cool Down:

Flip a huge monster truck tire across the parking lot (about 50 yards)
