Monday 9/27

I have found and started a new Crossfit up here in Tampa, so I'm very excited to get back to hitting it hard 5x a week. This was the first workout I got to do:

Ground to Overhead

3 Reps on the minute for 20 minutes (105lbs)

I went with the power clean from the ground and then a push press overhead

Extra work: 1 mile run
