Monday 5/3

I decided to go with the 14lb. wall ball today since I haven't done a wall ball shot in a really long time, and this workout required 150 wall ball shots. I definitely have some ground to regain when it comes to endurance, and my legs are so dead tired right now and already sore if that's possible. Anyway, it's good to be back and I should be able to make all 5 wod's this week. After working out at 9AM this morning, I decided that it's too damn hot for this early in the summer and I will be hitting 5AM or 7AM the rest of this week.
